Return Policy

DiscountStoreRoom.com has a 30-day return policy. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order in its original condition, within 30 days from the date of shipment, for a refund or exchange (excluding shipping/handling/insurance fees). Refunds will be made using the mode of payment used in the original purchase. When we receive your returned item and it is accepted, the refund or exchange will be processed within five (5) business days. The item being returned will be inspected to ensure it is in original condition. Any item showing signs of damage, alteration or wear will not be accepted for return. Returns improperly packaged, uninsured and or without a DiscountStoreRoom.com Return Authorization Form and Number will not be accepted.

How to return an order:
Obtain a Returns Authorizations Form and Number. Email returns at discountstoreroom.com to request your Return Authorization Form and Number. DiscountStoreRoom.com will email you a Returns Form containing an assigned Returns Authorization Number (RA#) in response. Print out this Returns Form.

1. Package Your Return. Include all original packaging and material, the item, and the Returns Form with your assigned RA#. Your address, DiscountStoreRoom.com's returns shipping address, and your assigned RA# should be clearly written on the outside of the package.
    
2. For Your Protection, Insure Your Package.
   On your invoice, if the price of the item you are returning is valued as:
   
        - Less than $500: You may ship via any carrier. Be sure to ship your package fully insured for its value and with a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment reached DiscountStoreRoom.com.*
   
        - More than $500: Ship your package via the US Postal Service Registered Mail, insured for the total value of the contents with a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has been received by DiscountStoreRoom.com.* (FedEx and UPS will not insure packages over $500.)

*DiscountStoreRoom.com will not be responsible for loss or damage of returns shipments.
